About Penelope’s Wrist

I have had many different roles in the Canadian cannabis industry: from my work as a budtender selling edibles at my own Fritz’s Cannabis Company market table in the Canadian legacy market to Director of Cannabis Education for a legal cannabis retailer, I have developed a deep understanding of cannabis products, the Canadian consumer, and how to answer many different kinds of questions about cannabis.  

I’m a seasoned cannabis educator and presenter, and I love to share my knowledge and love of the plant through science-based, factual learning.   

The name Penelope’s Wrist came from my very first entrepreneurial venture, selling one-of-a-kind bracelets and other jewelry on Etsy and to local boutiques. My work has evolved significantly since then, but the name stuck with me and is the name of this blog.  

This blog has also evolved, from one filled with personal stories of my life to one that focuses on offering cannabis education. I’ve always said that cannabis is best consumed with intention, and this blog is designed to help consumers, whether they’re beginners, experts, or somewhere in between, to learn how to use cannabis in the way that works the best for them and their lifestyle.
